If Dogs Could Talk: Tongues Unleashed
by Joel Zadak
This is about dogs. It is about what dogs would say if they talked like people. Sometimes they say funny things. A dog and a cat were in love. A dog carries cups on its head. It's a good book. I will give this five stars.

Olive My Love
by Vivian Walsh
illustrated by J. Otto Seibold
Olive the dog was making cookies when she heard someone calling her name. It was her friend Dexter, who was singing to her, "My love to you." She sang along. She went out looking for who was calling her name. I liked the pictures. I liked the characters they drew. There could be more details put on the pictures of the dogs. Four stars.

A Review of Have You Seen Chester?
Have You Seen Chester?
by Andrew Murray
illustrations by Nicola Slater
Chester and Buddy the cat were fighting. Then Chester ran out of the house. That night, Buddy ran out and looked for Chester. I liked when Lucy searched for Chester in the garbage. And I liked that Chester was lost because he was better at fighting. I liked when buddy looked for Chester in the night. I wanted the author to make the dog an even better fighter. I give this book five stars.

A Review of Chowder
Chowder
by Peter Brown
One day while watching TV with the Wubbingtons, Chowder saw a commercial for Twisty’s Acrobatic Fanatic Camp. He dreamed of going there, but Twisty would not allow dogs. Madge and Bernie, Chowder’s owners, turned Ms. Shirley Fabu who ran the Fabu Pooch Boot Camp. The dogs at the Fabu Boot Camp went on field trips to dog shows and dog salons and they sharpened their skills in fabulousness.
I liked this book because it is very funny. Chowder is very funny.
I give it 5 stars.

Review of Martha Blah Blah
Martha Blah Blah
by Susan Meddaugh
Martha actually talks because of the alphabets in the soup. Granny Elsie died, and so she has a new person take her place at Granny’s Soup Company because she died. I like the part where Martha started to talk. Also, another part is where Alf Abbott gives some soup to Martha so that she can talk again. One part I did not like is when the replacement Granny Elsie did not put all alphabets into the soup. I would give it five stars.

Review of How to Be a Good Dog
How to be a Good Dog
Written and illustrated by Gail Page
A dog wanted to be good but he did wrong things. The cat had a way to help the dog. I liked the book cause the illustrator made funny pictures. It was an interesting book. The author should not ever make the book all by herself or himself. It should be two girls working together or two boys working together every time. I loved this book. I give it five stars.
You made a great book, Gail Page, excellent job.

Superdog: The Heart of a Hero
by Caralyn Buehner
illustrated by Mark Buehner
Dex is a superdog. Dex put out a trash fire! He found a lost kitten. I like how he put out the trash fire.
My name is Margaret. I like how he found a lost kitten and I like how he fixed his neighbor's sprinkler. I liked how he tracked down a lost wallet.
I didn't like how all the dogs and cats made fun of him. I would give this book 5 stars.

Officer Buckle and Gloria
by Peggy Rathmann
This book is about Officer Buckle and Gloria, and they are best friends. Gloria can do tricks. I like this book because it had a dog and the dog can do tricks. I wish it had more tricks. For example, the dog could do more flips. I would give it five stars.

A New Review!
Moondog by Alice Hoffman
illustrated by Yumi Heo
Someone has left a puppy on Michael and Hazel’s porch. He’s cute and seems well behaved, so of course they want to keep him. I like the pictures. I like the title. They need more details in the story.
I will give it 5 stars.

Dog Breath: The Horrible Trouble with Hally Tosis
By Dav Pilkey
The dog made trouble at home. She wanted to say hi to the lady. She jumped on the lady and she made trouble. They didn’t want the dog at home with them. She was sad, and when she opened her mouth, horrible things happened. Her bad breath made people pretend they were dead, and their eyes turned into Xs.
I will give it five stars.

This book is about how to take care of dogs.
There are different dogs. I like the part that shows how to clean the dog and about cleaning up after the dog at home.
I wish they would tell me what they eat.
I would rate it 5 stars.

The Complete Adventures of Big Dog and Little Dog
By Dav Pilkey
Big Dog and Little Dog are in big trouble. First, they are lonely. Shhh – Big Dog and Little Dog are sleeping. I liked this book because it is a chapter book and it is funny. He could change the part when they were in big trouble. I would give this book 10 stars.

Aero and Officer Mike: Police Partners
By Joan Plummer Russell
Photography by Kris Turner Sinnenberg
Officer Mike was training Aero. And then Aero was earning badges. I liked that they can use a tennis ball instead of his hand to train Aero. I would give this book four stars.

A review of
Yorkshire Terriers by Joanne Linden
You can use this book to learn about Yorkshire Terriers.
This book is full of facts. I liked the pictures
of the puppies. I learned that when the puppies
are born they are only as big as a mouse.
They could have put in more details.
I will give this book five stars.
