Your name
The title
The author's name
The illustrator's name
At least 2 sentences summarizing your book.
At least 2 examples of things you liked about the book.
At least 1 example of something the author or illustrator could improve.
A rating between 1 and 5 stars.

Once you have written your book review and it has been edited by a teacher, you may start typing!
